Former chef Alessio Brusadin specialises in a range of ragù sauces and chutneys all of which are completely natural with no added preservatives.Alessio’s sauces are made with selected meats reared naturally, grazing, or wild. Made from traditional recipes and using only one kind of meat the sauces are cooked slowly to exalt scents and flavours. The ragùs are perfect for dressing pasta, gnocchi and accompanying polenta, grilled mushrooms, mature cheese etc.
