The company Boella & Sorrisi is the result of a marriage between two artisan realities: Boella whose origins date back to the late nineteenth century when they produced panettonni and pastry, and Sorrisi who have been delighting the world with handmade chocolate creations since 1960. 
Ingredients are meticulously selected (no palm oil is used) and production is carried out with cutting-edge machinery but with respect to ancient traditions.
 
The range includes gianduiotti, cremini, pralines and Sorrisi di Torino - the first chocolate created by Sorrisi it is composed of two rounds of chocolate which envelop a dark chocolate cream with rum and is still made by hand. There are also four varieties of Nocciolla, a top quality spreading cream containing up to 40% of hazelnuts.
