The delicious “marrons glacés” of the Confiserie Azuréenne famous around the world come from half a century of know-how of craftsmen and professionals. Chestnuts harvested between October and November, peeled whole, cooked in water, preserved in a syrup scented with the natural vanilla pod for seven days, coated with a thin film of icing sugar syrup, the heart of the fruit expresses all its flavor and its unctuosity.
