Raisins macerated in a Marc de Champagne, dressed in an almond paste, then coated in chocolate.

Made in France

Based in Provence, Francois Doucet was founded by Francois and Maggy Doucet. Initially the company’s only product was “Pralino Eis Amando de Prouvènço”: roasted almonds of Provence wrapped in a nougatine (mixture of caramelised sugar and powdered almond), herbs of Provence and vanilla bourbon.

However  as the great-grandson of Théodore Vieillard, creator of the Auvergne fruit paste, and grandson of chocolatier Leon Mazet,  Francois had a rich tradition of confectionery and the company soon began to specialise in fruit jellies and candied fruit coated in chocolate made from fruit 70% of which is harvested fully ripened in Provence and neighbouring regions.

32% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), white chocolate 26% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, raw anhydrous DAIRY fat, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), raisins of non-EU origin 19% (grapes, rapeseed oil, marzipan 13% (ALMONDS, sugar, stabilizers: sorbitol and acacia gum, bitter almond essential oil), Champagne marc 6%, coating agents: acacia gum and shellac, natural Bourbon vanilla flavour, colourings: E102 *; E110 *.
