Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro, founders of the company, started their experience in the “truffle world” in the 1968, marketing the fresh truffle from the Piedmont region. In 1990 the first pasta with truffle in the world was created in the Tartuflanghe laboratory giving people the opportunity of tasting the truffle outside the season.
In 2005 the company opened its chocolate laboratory. Working with chocolate, Piemonte hazelnuts and of course truffle , they were the first to reinterpret the traditional 14g praline with a mini 7g praline - the sweet mini truffle named the Trifulot.
