Finca La Rosala is a family run company specializing in nuts and in particular roasted nuts having been taught by Angelito, a very famous master roaster whose family have been roasting nuts since the 19th century. La Rosala, the family farm in Castilla- La Mancha grows the pistachios.
The company produce roasted nuts and also an interesting selection of flavoured nuts.
