Established in 1953, La Truite des Pyrénées is a family-run trout farm in the heart of the Pyrenees at the confluence of the Barèges, Gavarnie and Cauteret streams. It continues the tradition of ethical, sustainable and responsible farming, producing trout with tender and delicate flesh.
