Historic Biscuits – a range of specialty biscuits made recipes dating back to the Middle Ages, the Renaissance or even the 19th century. Inside each box is a small booklet telling the story of the biscuits as well as historical anecdotes about some of the ingredients. All the biscuits are handmade using local ingredients
where possible.
